Returns/Shipping

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot do returns on online SALE items.  If an item is damaged please reach out to us at 417-250-0058 via text or call.  

Any item(s) purchased at RSB online CANNOT be exchanged in Ozark, at The Little Bluebird.

We operate as two separate stores, with separate inventories, since we do not own The Little Bluebird. 

Items purchased online or on Facebook are property of Rustik Silk Boutique and are not currently available inside of the Little Bluebird.  They ship from our warehouse in Cape Fair, MO.
